The Services are provided for business and commercial use only, including data analytics, automation, intelligence workflows, and related capabilities.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Customer data
Customers retain all rights, title, and interest in data they submit to the Services. Hudson Data processes such data solely to provide, maintain, and secure the Services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Services
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
- Upload malicious or harmful code
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, software, and documentation are owned by Hudson Data or its licensors.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools or services. Hudson Data is not responsible for third-party products or services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hudson Data shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
